The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy the vibrant area. I appreciated the staff's willingness to help, especially when they upgraded my room for free after I experienced noise issues. The kindness shown by employees made some inconveniences more bearable. the first room I stayed in was quite noisy due to its proximity to the reception area, making sleep difficult. Even after the upgrade, I faced noise disturbances from the elevator, which was frustrating. The breakfast offerings were disappointing. not much variety and not particularly appetizing. there were practical issues, like a lack of basic amenities in the room, which detracted from the experience. A more attentive approach to cleanliness would also enhance the stay significantly. The cleaning staff's attitude can affect guest comfort too, especially when some interactions felt dismissive. while there were enjoyable aspects, several areas need attention.

Chur, the location is sweet as, heaps close to attractions! But the lift is tiny and the breakfast is pretty basic. Still, the staff were choice, eh?

The amenities could use a serious overhaul. the bathroom situation is rough with shower doors that leak, causing a mini flood every time. The breakfast is underwhelming—just cold items, and if you're not an early riser, best of luck finding clean plates because they seem to run out fast. Plus, the heating system is centralized and cranks the temperature up too high, making for uncomfortable nights. And if you're hoping for a lift that can carry more than a single person, you’ll be sorely disappointed with that small elevator. Inner noise from other guests can be intrusive, killing any chance of peace when they’re up late or launching into TikTok videos in the dining area.

The room I stayed in was surprisingly spacious, and I loved the complimentary breakfast each morning, which was a nice touch. There’s a cozy leisure room where you can unwind and a garden area that’s perfect for a bit of relaxation. The lift is a bit small, but it didn’t really dampen my stay overall. 😊
